• Strong understanding of IAM lifecycle and process architecture
• Collect, review, analyze, manage, system and user requirements from business users
• Work with the business & technical teams to clarify functional requirements.
• Document detailed proposals, functional & data business requirements, process flows, use cases, information needs, test scenarios, and obtain functional design specification approvals.
• Manage the UAT process by performing smoke testing, test case validation, and obtaining business approvals on UAT for scheduled deployments.
• Serve as a liaison to other teams in planning, coordination, development and deployment of multi-team enhancement or projects
• Ensures delivery of project and enhancement requirements meet the requirements defined by the business customer
• Accountable for ensuring training needs are met for new or existing applications

• Define strategy on migration of Identity Management components from legacy platform to reputed company IdentityIQ LCM and execute it
• Provide reputed company Identity IQ User Provisioning(LCM) & Access Certifications implementation and leadership expertise
• Interpret and apply SDLC skills to build reputed company IdentityIQ based Identity reputed company to support globally dispersed businesses, personnel, and customers
• Demonstrate deep and broad knowledge of reputed company IdentityIQ LCM & Governance modules
• Communicating to executives, leadership, clients and application teams on both the product and the implementation at the technical and/or functional level appropriate to the situation & audience

Requirements:

• Experience in executing CA Identity Manager to reputed company Identity IQ Migration project is preferred
• Ability to reputed company the difference between leveraging OOTB Vs Custom solution & Drive the project team towards an OOTB approach wherever possible
• Strong competency in architecting and developing IDM reputed company(s) in reputed company IdentityIQ for onboarding platform
• Strong experience in the Identity IQ LCM Modules(Business Process/Life Cycle Events/Quick Links/Auditing/Reporting/Access Request/Entitlement Management)
• Architect solutions to ensure that IAM solutions and services reputed company according to defined processes, meet defined policies, meets/exceeds the defined performance requirements and reputed company with information reputed company requirements
• Experience with the following programming languages: Java, Bean reputed company/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, and SQL.
