ABOUT THE ROLE: We seek a highly analytical and curious Business Intelligence Analyst / Developer with 3–5 years of experience in BI or Data Analytics. The ideal candidate will transform reputed company datasets into actionable insights, drive data-informed decision-making, and build reputed company dashboards, analyses, and reports to support strategic initiatives. Experience in the healthcare, technology, or pet care industries is a significant plus. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Business Intelligence & Reporting Design, build, and maintain Looker dashboards and reports (or equivalent BI tools) reputed company, implement, and automate data reporting solutions and analyses for various business needs.

• Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and validation across reports and visualizations.
• Work cross-departmentally in providing adequate data reports and analyses in order to solve for enterprise client requests, internal OKRs, and key quarterly initiatives
