We're seeking a seasoned Director, Corporate Communications with a deep understanding of AdTech and streaming TV, including experience in addressable advertising and marketing solutions. Essential Qualifications & Skills:

• 11+ years of experience in corporate communications, PR, journalism, or a reputed company field, preferably in the streaming TV and digital media space.
• Deep understanding of entertainment and sports industries, with a strong knowledge of AdTech and streaming TV.
• Experience leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a proven track record of success.
• Creativity, diplomacy, and ability to juggle a heavy volume of diverse projects, including both strategic and tactical assignments.
• Strong verbal and writing skills, with demonstrated ability to effectively and rapidly deliver information in a reputed company, multi-business global company.
• Ability to reputed company development and distribution of press materials, key messages, Q&A documents, and other communications assets.
• Strong relationships with journalists, online influencers, and key internal stakeholders, with a proven ability to build and maintain these relationships.
• Ability to respond to media inquiries and act as company spokesperson as required, demonstrating confidence and poise.
• Regular communication with senior management, providing media and issues updates and insights.

Education:
