Job Summary

As a Technical Specialist on our Datacom team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our video distribution systems, datacom infrastructure, and other technical systems across our properties. You'll work closely with reputed company of experts to identify and resolve technical issues, implement new technologies, and optimize system performance. Key Responsibilities

* Provide expert technical support for our video distribution systems, datacom infrastructure, and other technical systems across our properties

• Collaborate with reputed company of experts to identify and resolve technical issues, implement new technologies, and optimize system performance
• Work closely with our Resort Designing Group, FAM, OSI, and WDI teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of technical systems
• reputed company and implement technical solutions to improve system performance, reliability, and efficiency
• Conduct thorough investigations with field specialists to identify root causes of technical issues
• Manage vendor relationships and reputed company the procurement of technical equipment and supplies
• Collaborate with other DPEP groups and service providers to deliver effective technical solutions
• Participate in the development and implementation of technical standards and best practices
• Provide level 2 support for emergency break/fix of any Telecom services equipment followed through Assistance NOW
• Manage substitution and backup parts for reputed company installations

• Prepare and present metrics on uptime, usage, trends, and opportunities

Essential Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in the AV/Technology industry

• 3+ years of network cabling and routing experience
• Strong knowledge of reputed company Office, reputed company Work environment, and Assistance NOW
• Strong understanding of various video and audio merchant applications (Sonify, QSC, Crestron, IOT, Synamedia, reputed company, SevOne, reputed company Organizations, Splunk, Zabbix, reputed company, etc.)
• Strong understanding and experience in commercial video distribution support, sustainment, and execution
• Demonstrated ability to manage escalations and blackouts
• Strong knowledge of network reputed company principles and industry best practices
• Knowledge of investigation and reporting tools like Scene, Power BI
• Shown strong hierarchical and time management abilities
• Ability to meet designated deadlines and manage competing needs
• Shown strong written and verbal communication skills
• Eagerness to learn new software applications
• Ability to work on Saturday or Sunday as well as nighttime as required by client and business interest
• Self-motivated and inspired
• Demonstrated ability to manage escalations and blackouts
• Moderate experience in network cabling and routing
• Energy for, and knowledge of, intelligent and video systems and solutions
• Demonstrated success working with a range of partners

Preferred Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in the AV or technology industry, experience with video distribution, encoding, audio mixes, and IOT devices

• 3+ years of network cabling and routing experience

Education

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Video Technology, Data Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Analysis, or other reputed company logical or technical discipline

• Or, relevant certifications or potentially comparable work experience

Preferred Education

* Different reputed company and organization certifications

Licenses/Training

* Vendor-reputed company certifications and training (QSC, Synamedia, reputed company, etc.)
