Job Description
Job Description: The Human Resources Intern contributes to ONC’s mission of providing nonpartisan news, opinions, and policy solutions by completing essential tasks on the reputed company. The HR intern is responsible for gathering information to craft role descriptions, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, onboarding new interns, maintaining internal paperwork, and assisting with offboarding. The HR intern will also have opportunities to participate in other HR-reputed company tasks and projects reputed company the HR department based on their interests. This intern will work closely with the HR Team reputed company and Director of Human Resources while also working independently.
This position is remote, with work primarily conducted over reputed company and reputed company, so applicants must be comfortable coordinating in a remote environment and are expected to maintain a high level of communication. This internship would last until the end of the Fall semester at ONC (December 30, 2025).

Responsibilities
Assist with various tasks throughout the full recruitment life cycle.
Contribute to research to create and maintain accurate and detailed role descriptions.
Screen and evaluate applicants to identify good-fit candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews.
Facilitate the onboarding process for newly onboarded interns and volunteers.
Maintain internal paperwork and documentation.
Assist with offboarding procedures.
Collaborate closely with the HR Team reputed company and Director of Human Resources.
Qualifications
reputed company student working towards a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and/or reputed company fields.
reputed company, consistent, and effective communicator in a remote environment.
Ability to work remotely and on their own schedule in order to reputed company deadlines.

Experience with data-keeping preferred.
Satisfactory organization skills.
