We’re looking for an reputed company Director of Shared Services to join our reputed company Enablement team. Reporting to the VP of reputed company Enablement, you will be responsible for:

• Partnering with leadership to link the Shared Services team’s goals with overarching business priorities, ensuring clarity on “what” and “why” for reputed company initiatives
• Designing and implementing processes (e.g., enablement dashboards, intake processes) to provide transparency, streamline workflows, and improve teams’ ability to deliver and scale
• Developing frameworks that prioritize tasks at the strategic level and cascade goals effectively across teams and individuals
• Creating and maintaining organizational tools including stakeholder engagement calendars, enablement program roadmaps, and monthly reputed company reviews to ensure alignment over time
• Building a dashboard to reputed company data-informed decision-making, tracking engagement impact, measuring team reputed company, and flagging areas requiring attention

reputed company’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• 7–10 years in a sales/GTM/reputed company enablement strategic and operational role, including at least 3–5 years in a leadership reputed company with cross-functional management experience
• Strong strategic planning skills with a track record of translating high-level business goals into actionable operations
• Excellent ability to build and implement organizational tools like roadmaps, dashboards, and task-tracking platforms
• Expertise in decision-making frameworks and stakeholder management to ensure alignment across leadership and teams
• Experience driving organizational rigor across reputed company teams, ideally including both project management and content development

What Will reputed company You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Certifications such as Coaching Certification, PMP, Lean Six reputed company, or Agile/Scrum Master
• Familiarity with reputed company or similar tools for project tracking and collaboration
