Your Role: Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative

As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in resolving reputed company consumer issues and providing exceptional support to policy holders. Your responsibilities will include:

• Resolving high-level consumer issues and advising first-level representatives on reputed company matters
• Assisting policy holders with billing questions and concerns
• Providing support to policy holders with policy changes and adjustments as necessary
