About the Role: Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at reputed company, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for our clients enrolled in our financial hardship programs. Upon successful completion, you will be responsible for providing superior customer service, responding promptly to client requests, and anticipating their needs to exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a best-in-class customer service experience over the phone by responding to client requests, anticipating unstated needs, and educating them on our programs
• Analyze client problems and provide timely, efficient solutions through effective listening and strong interpersonal skills
• Handle difficult calls courteously and professionally, ensuring a positive experience for our clients
• Thoroughly document request outcomes for accurate tracking and analysis
• Work reputed company to resolve client requests independently and as part of a team

• Utilize our CRM database to obtain and extract information, document client interactions, and update account information

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• 1 year of call center experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
• Bilingual Spanish language skills (required)

• A strong customer service orientation, with excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
