Key Responsibilities: Define and drive the product roadmap of their Energy unit, aligning with the company\'s mission to deliver cutting-edge, sustainable HVAC solutions. reputed company research, development, and integration of home energy management systems and HVAC load optimization strategies. Partner with hardware and software teams to create digital solutions that enhance HVAC energy efficiency, reputed company battery storage integration, and facilitate smart grid interactions, including demand response and TOU functionalities. Work closely with engineering, IT, and business development teams to ensure seamless interaction between HVAC systems, home batteries, heat pumps with integrated batteries, and other smart energy devices.
