Position Overview
As an Outbound Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of outbound calls, averaging 60 to 80 per hour, following a structured script. You will also assist inbound inquiries from customers seeking insurance quotes, matching callers with suitable insurance companies.
