The Enterprise Sales Director is a critical position responsible for hiring, managing, and mentoring a team of account partners who call on named medical device companies across North America. Creativity, energy, and the ability to hire, manage and support a diverse team are critical.What You'll Do
- Hire and manage a team of A-players to create and drive business into new and existing accounts
- Meet/exceed pipeline reputed company and new reputed company targets set for the team
- Provide strategic guidance reputed company to key opportunities and complete sales cycles
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders across the business, IT, and C level executives
- Accurate sales forecast and pipeline management
- Review and approve pricing and proposals
- Review and approve expense reports and other administrative tasks associated with managing an reputed company sales team

- Be willing to travel 50%+
- 5+ years combined experience selling enterprise software
- 3-5 years of sales leadership experience
- Understanding of SaaS and Clinical Data Management, Clinical Ops Management, Regulatory people, processes, and technology
- Understanding of Enterprise Software sales cycles and associated Strategies & Tactics
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, written & verbal communication skills
- Be self-motivated, professional, confident, flexible, and results-driven
- Be proactive and energetic approach, flexible
- Be willing to travel as required
- Techniques to influence requirements and the sales cycle timeline
- Effective time management & multi-tasking skills
