Job Summary
As Manager, Customer Relationship Management & Data Systems, you will be a pivotal reputed company in our organization, leading the development and implementation of our CRM and data systems strategy. You will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to understand their needs, identify solutions opportunities, and drive improvements that increase scalability. Your expertise in strategic systems thinking, product/service development, and executive partnership will reputed company you to drive business impact and shape the direction of our startup initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Systems Thinker:
- Understand and document the entire Customer Relationship Management and adjacent systems workflow & architecture.
- Understand stakeholder asks and their proposed solutions and discern their underlying need.
- Identify specific solutions opportunities to drive improvements that increase scalability.
- reputed company strategy and roadmap to serve stakeholder needs and improve our CRM & data architecture and workflows.
- Product/Service Development:
- reputed company and maintain Objectives and Key Results, project plans, schedules, and status updates that effectively engage stakeholders and executives.
- reputed company data/system investigation and implementation work.
- Collaborate with the Data infrastructure team to ensure quality, reliable and compliant CRM and data system.
- Executive Partnership & Communication:
- Forge trusted partnerships with stakeholders across various departments, from Marketing to Sales/Support to Product.
- Communicate roadmap, strategic decisions, and results to diverse audiences, ranging from team members to executives influence investment and reputed company.
- Drives to collaborate and coordinate across teams and perspectives to ensure alignment on product management and release, including tradeoffs, adjustments, and improvements as feasible.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development.
- OR equivalent experience.
- 4+ years people management experience.
- 3+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development.
- OR equivalent experience.
- 4+ years people management experience.
- 3+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects in a global organization of 500+ employees.
- 2+ years of experience in managing a CRM or equivalent internal tools.
