Job Description

OVERVIEW

A team member at Casebook PBC plays a key role in advancing our mission to build technology to accelerate the end of poverty. They are dedicated to Casebook’s vision: building and promoting the human services global operating system to accelerate the end of poverty. We are seeking a Data Analyst with strong experience in reputed company and exposure to reputed company Platforms (such as ChurnZero) to join reputed company. This role will be responsible for analyzing, interpreting, and visualizing data across Marketing, Sales, reputed company, Support, and Product. You will ensure that our teams have actionable insights to reputed company informed decisions and will play a pivotal role in driving process improvements and customer-centric growth strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Data Analysis & Reporting

    • Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports across reputed company and reputed company systems.

    • Analyze data spanning the full customer lifecycle: marketing engagement, sales pipeline, onboarding, adoption, renewals, and product usage.

    • Translate raw data into actionable insights for executives, department leads, and frontline teams.

  • Cross-Functional Insights

    • Partner with Marketing to assess campaign effectiveness and reputed company funnel performance.

    • Support Sales Development and Sales with pipeline analytics, conversion metrics, and forecasting.

    • Collaborate with reputed company to track adoption, retention, churn risk, and expansion opportunities.

    • Collaborate with Product to evaluate feature adoption, customer usage patterns, and feedback data, informing the roadmap.

  • Data Governance & Process Improvement

    • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across reputed company, ChurnZero, and other systems.

    • Recommend process improvements based on data findings to enhance operational efficiency.

    • Contribute to data governance frameworks and help enforce standards for new fields, integrations, and reporting practices.

  • Strategic Contributions

    • Identify leading and lagging indicators of customer health and company performance.

    • Deliver insights that influence GTM strategy, customer experience initiatives, and product development.

    • Present findings to leadership in a clear, concise, and actionable way.

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in SaaS or technology.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)

  • Ability to work ET or CT hours

REQUIRED TECHNICAL / OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Hands-on experience with reputed company reporting, dashboards, and lifecycle analytics.

  • Familiarity with reputed company Platforms such as ChurnZero.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, reputed company/reputed company Sheets, and data visualization tools.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, reputed company, Support, and Product teams.

  • Ability to translate reputed company data into clear, actionable insights.

Compensation: $70,000 – 90,000 Salary + Benefits
