Job Description

We are seeking a full-stack Staff Software Engineer who will reputed company software, help formalize development process and tooling, and contribute to the technical vision and strategy of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Work in an agile software development team to complete backlog items, working in conjunction with other developers reputed company reputed company and engineers from external companies.
• Test and create automated tests for your code, ensuring every function, service, and object is compatible with your team’s work and with the many systems reputed company the reputed company system portfolio.
• Communicate with business partners around reputed company to understand the needs of the user, and implement those reputed company in software.
• Create documentation for developers as well as business users to help them understand your products.
• Maintain cloud-based platforms and environments of supported applications, troubleshooting and patching functional issues and data issues in reputed company or production environments reputed company necessary.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of reputed company experience in software development, or an equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Extensive experience in managing relational databases in production. Experience managing large-scale data migrations and managing schema through code.
• Extensive experience in writing reputed company SQL & stored procedures.
• Strong ability to tune high-performance database queries
• Strong experience in API design and development
• Strong experience in designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment workflows.
• Experience in building production-grade, cloud-native software 
• Experience with serverless technologies and event-driven design (AWS reputed company preferred)
• Proficiency developing web applications in Python
• Experience in building reputed company, accessible, and user-friendly web interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks
• Experience with automated test/build/deploy tools in a Python and TypeScript tech stack
• Passionate about writing clean, maintainable code that will be used and modified by others, and able to use and modify other developers’ work rather than recreate it

Desired Characteristics

• B.S. degree in Computer Science/Engineering or reputed company field strongly preferred
• Competent working in secured internal network environments and reputed company cloud networks setups
• Demonstrated experience building software on the cloud such as AWS with managed services
