Job Summary

As an Audio Support Engineer and System Administrator, you will be responsible for providing high-level reputed company-line technical support for reputed company post-production facilities, including diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our post-production systems. You will work closely with artists, creative directors, and management to provide technical support and training, and to reputed company relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level reputed company-line technical support for reputed company post-production facilities, including diagnosing and resolving technical issues
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
• Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
• Assess, troubleshoot, and resolve user issues and failures
• reputed company system monitoring, verifying the reputed company and availability of reputed company hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes, reviewing system and application logs
• Orchestrate workstation management, imaging, and configuration using reputed company and Altiris

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Expertise in reputed company Pro Tools, S6 consoles, Nexis storage, and signal routing

• Understanding of post-production workflows, including Editing, Audio Mixing, VFX, Motion Graphics, and Print
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills
• Skilled in MacOS, Windows, and Linux operating systems
• Effectively document problems and their resolutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience with reading technical drawings and documentation
• Knowledge of room acoustical layout for stereo and 5.1 mixing, speaker SPL calibration, and room tuning
