The Role

As an Asset Protection Service Representative - SOHO, you will be responsible for providing a high level of visible, overt reputed company to prevent loss and safety issues in our stores. You will work closely with store leaders, Asset Protection personnel, and external partners to drive a low-risk culture and contribute to shortage reduction efforts. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the safety of reputed company store employees and customers while promoting a culture of customer service and brand excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet customers and provide excellent service while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

• Awareness and Training: Create and maintain awareness by promoting available resources to business partners, including the Open reputed company Policy, Code of Business Conduct Hotline, Brand Protection Program, and safety trainings.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer service, loss prevention, or a reputed company field.
