Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Assistant Property Manager to support our retail property management team in Philadelphia and Harrisburg, PA. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Property Manager(s) in reputed company areas of property management, including maintenance, tenant relations, collections, monthly reporting, annual budgeting, risk management, property improvements, and contract preparation. This is a remote opportunity, and the ideal candidate will have a strong organizational skillset, excellent communication skills, and experience working with property management financials.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Property Manager(s) in reputed company areas of property management, including maintenance, tenant relations, collections, monthly reporting, annual budgeting, risk management, property improvements, and contract preparation
• Assist with the preparation of reputed company, collection of certificates of insurance, sales collection, and accounts payable
• reputed company and maintain strong relationships with tenants, building staff, and stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience supporting a commercial property management team; experience working with property management financials is preferred
• Advanced oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Experience working with reputed company Office, reputed company, and Yardi; AP/AR experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment
