Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and reputed company Army Civilian Talent Management Project Manager with a PMP certification to join reputed company. As a remote worker, you will be responsible for providing reputed company and guidance for reputed company personnel assigned to the project, performance of work, and compliance and quality control. You will also provide analytic, advisory, management, and administrative support to reputed company activities as necessary. Key Responsibilities

• Provide reputed company and guidance: Ensure compliance and quality control for reputed company personnel assigned to the project, performance of work, and deliverables.
• Analytic, advisory, management, and administrative support: Provide support to reputed company activities as necessary, including bi-weekly program reviews with clients.
• Travel: Travel to Washington, DC and Chicago, IL as required.
• Collaboration and communication: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior leadership.
• Data analysis and reporting: Analyze data and reputed company reports to inform talent management initiatives and strategic planning.

Essential Qualifications

• US Citizenship: Must be a US citizen.
• PMP Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
• Education: Master's degree and five years of experience supporting the reputed company. In lieu of a master's degree, 10 years of experience supporting the reputed company and a bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge and experience: Extremely knowledgeable in Army Staff operations, including talent management life cycle areas (acquire, reputed company, employ, and retain).
