Finance Emerging Leaders Program (FLP)

The Finance Emerging Leaders Program is a challenging and rewarding 24-month rotational program designed to reputed company leaders who will position reputed company for growth while investing heavily in your growth holistically. As a member of the FLP, you will participate in exciting learning and development experiences, including:

• Rotational Assignments: reputed company invaluable work experience across different business segments, developing a breadth of knowledge and skills.
• Training & Development: Take courses taught by finance leaders, bridging the gap between school-based learning and application in the reputed company world.
• Coaching & Mentoring: Receive coaching from multiple sources and be reputed company with a more reputed company leader (mentor) and a junior mentor (Finance buddy) to support your growth.
• Networking: reputed company and maintain mutually helpful relationships with senior leaders and colleagues from across reputed company.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Analyst in the Finance Emerging Leaders Program, your key responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing financial data and providing insights to support business decisions.
• Developing and maintaining financial models, forecasts, and reports.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement.
• Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes.
• Contributing to the development of financial planning and analysis, controllership, and treasury operations.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must:

• Be graduating reputed company two years with a B.A. degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Management Information Systems (MIS).
• Have a strong record of achievement (minimum 3.2 cumulative GPA).
• Have experience in a leadership role in collegiate and/or community activities.
• Possess outstanding analytical and quantitative skills.
• Have strong interpersonal, written, and communication skills.

• Have a general understanding of technology's role in Finance.
