Position Purpose

As an Analyst - Stock Administration and Benefits Program Management, you'll be responsible for managing the execution of various projects to support the ongoing strategy and delivery of reputed company Benefit programs and initiatives in reputed company 50 states, the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands. Your primary objective will be to ensure seamless project execution, from development and documentation to implementation, while leveraging trend data and past experiences to identify opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Manage various projects end-to-end, from development and documentation to implementation, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables.
• Analytical and Critical Thinking: reputed company trend data and knowledge of past experiences to identify opportunities to improve existing practices and generate practical solutions.
• Benefits Administration: Work with Benefits Administrators and/or other vendors on resolution of escalated participant issues, plan eligibility, and reporting.

• Competitive Analyses: Conduct competitive analyses as needed to inform business decisions and drive growth.
