About the Role

We're seeking an reputed company Executive Assistant to join our Global Merchant and Network Pricing (GMNP) team, which is responsible for driving a significant portion of reputed company' reputed company. As an Executive Assistant, you'll provide administrative support to senior leaders, including the VP of Global Merchant Pricing - Americas and VP, NCG/RCCG/MA&SE. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, reputed company your skills, and contribute to the success of reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate, confirm, and proactively manage detailed schedules, handling reputed company aspects of reputed company senior-level meetings and reputed company logistics
• reputed company, receive, and manage a high volume of calls and messages
• Schedules and direct high volume of reputed company international and domestic travel, including flights, hotel, and ground transportation; coordinate essential identification/reputed company documentation
• reputed company general tasks, including scheduling communication, record association, research, and preparing pre-meeting review materials
• Prepare travel and expense reports on a timely basis
• Exercise discretion in managing highly sensitive and confidential information

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
