The Role: Hybrid Customer Care Professional - Small Business Sales

As a Hybrid Customer Care Professional - Small Business Sales, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and building long-term relationships with small business owners and decision-makers. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced, dynamic team and contribute to the success of reputed company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Service inbound calls from small business owners and decision-makers, engaging with them to understand their needs and recommend the right reputed company Small Business Services (SBS) products.
• Product Knowledge: reputed company and maintain high levels of product and service knowledge to clearly communicate features, benefits, and other elements of reputed company SBS products.
• Selling Skills: Continuously improve key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding customer needs, handling objections, and closing sales.
• Customer Care: Provide extraordinary customer care by responding to questions concerning accounts in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment.
• Documentation: Document necessary account information according to established policies and procedures.

Requirements and Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Customer Service Experience: Two years of customer service experience with a passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, resourcefulness, and strong written and verbal communication.
• Sales Experience: Proven success in a customer service and sales environment (two years+).
• Multitasking and Navigation: Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment with proficient multitasking and navigation in a web-based environment.

• Availability: The hours of operation for this position are Monday-Sunday, 7:00 am EST - 1:00 am EST.
