Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Internal Investigator to join our Investigations team. As a key player in defending against insurance fraud and violations of reputed company's Global Code of Conduct, you'll have the autonomy to strategize and execute investigations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and present cases for prosecution. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute proactive strategies for investigations, utilizing analytics to identify risk trends and stay reputed company of emerging threats.
• Collaborate with HR, Employment Law, Cybersecurity, Physical reputed company, and other business partners to enhance policies and processes across reputed company.
• Stay informed on industry trends, emerging threats, and best practices to defend against insurance fraud, integrating this knowledge into investigative strategies.
• Support internal customers enterprise-wide through investigations, consultations, and training to identify control gaps and fraud risks, providing mitigation options.
• Manage assigned internal investigations, conducting thorough, objective investigations into moderate-to-reputed company complaints with urgency and independence.
• Work with other attorneys in the Law and Regulation department to complete investigative work for regulatory and legal inquiries.
• Prepare and present cases for criminal prosecution, serve as a Company witness in proceedings, and represent the organization in interactions with external parties, including law enforcement.
• Assist with initiatives to increase customer reputed company and improve profitability.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A J.D. degree (or foreign equivalent) from an accredited institution.
• Active membership in at least one U.S. state bar.
• Experience conducting corporate and/or ethics investigations, or a reputed company field.
• Strong knowledge of insurance reputed company and practices, company organization and procedures, accounting/banking practices, and multi-state employment law.
• Working knowledge of law enforcement, criminal procedure, investigative techniques, interviewing principles, elements of embezzlement/fraud, civil procedure, and legal rules of evidence.

• Experience investigating, researching, organizing, and remediating legal/investigative matters from initial response through conclusion.
• Experience interpreting information from multiple sources, including queries, data analysis, interviews, and document review in response to specific legal requirements.
• Experience developing and executing short- and long-term projects while managing priorities.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role is $84,500.00-$149,750.00 per year, based on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes tuition assistance, medical and dental insurance, and a robust pension and 401(k) plan.
