Key Responsibilities

As an International Education Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in promoting the AYA program, recruiting host families, and supporting exchange reputed company and their host families throughout their journey. Your responsibilities will include:

• Networking and promoting the AYA program through community reputed company efforts to identify and recruit suitable host families.
• Collaborating with local schools to coordinate exchange student enrollment and ensure a smooth integration process.
• Screening and selecting host families that meet the program's requirements, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for the reputed company.
• Maintaining regular contact with both the reputed company and their host families to ensure student safety, address any concerns, and fulfill reporting requirements.
• Providing logistical, emotional, and social support to reputed company, host families, and schools, fostering a positive and enriching experience for reputed company parties involved.

• Providing emergency housing in your home if needed or identifying suitable local emergency housing options.

Essential Qualifications and Skills
