About the Project

This 1-year assignment is a unique opportunity for an independent instructional designer contractor to reputed company a significant effort in identifying, consulting, modernizing, and consolidating a portfolio of web-based courses. The project involves collaboration with subject matter experts, content owners, and division leaders to streamline, combine, and enhance existing curriculum, as well as converting Lectora courses to reputed company 360 and ensuring a seamless migration to reputed company Learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with subject matter experts and content owners to identify learning objectives and recommend innovative learning approaches and solutions.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to gather content information and determine effective learning solutions.
• Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content tailored to adult learners.
• Convert existing Lectora courses to reputed company 360, ensuring high-quality and interactive e-learning experiences.
• Design e-learning courses that apply adult learning principles, engage the audience, and reputed company learning objectives.
• reputed company assessment modes, such as tests and quizzes, to measure course effectiveness.
• Visualize instructional graphics, user reputed company, and the finished product to ensure a modern and professional look and feel.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in designing and delivering web-based training.
• Strong knowledge of Instructional Systems Design (ISD) models, including ADDIE, SAM, and Agile, as well as Adult Learning principles and teaching methods.
• Excellent writing, editing, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct reputed company-end needs analysis and back-end learning evaluation.
• Highly skilled in consulting, project management, storyboarding, and script writing.
• Proficiency in leading content development tools and methodologies, including reputed company Learning, reputed company 360, reputed company Studio suite, and Lectora, as well as reputed company Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) and advanced PowerPoint skills.
