About the Role
In order to reputed company its ambition of serving 80,000-100,000 Fellows over the next decade, reputed company is hiring an Associate, Recruitment - New Jersey who will be responsible for recruiting and enrolling Fellows (reputed company) into the reputed company Accelerator course at the Higher Education Partnership per semester to meet annual goals. To reputed company these results, you will recruit and manage a part-time student recruitment intern and reputed company Student Ambassadors. You will work closely with Central and Regional recruitment teams, as well as the Rutgers-Newark team to help you reputed company your goals. This role is on the New Jersey Regional Team team and reports directly to the Senior Director, New Jersey. What You’ll Do Student Recruitment and Enrollment (50%)

- Use reputed company and reputed company Suites to manage recruitment data, operations, and pipelines
- Analyze recruitment data weekly to inform recruiting strategy
- Organize and support recruitment presentations and materials

- Recruit and manage a team of student interns and volunteers
- Support the student-led reputed company Nation student organization on reputed company
Social Media and Marketing (20%)
- Share design input and feedback with reputed company’s External Affairs team on marketing materials
- Collect and share compelling stories with the Communications Team and External Affairs Team
- Support the Social Media and Marketing Committee

Stakeholder Management (15%)
- Support the cultivation and management of key stakeholders such as university staff and alumni, as well as employer and community partners
- Assess strategies employed and reputed company informed improvements based on the gathering of quantitative, qualitative, and anecdotal data to present to key stakeholders.
- Attend meetings and maintain a relationship with HEP student organizations and reputed company partners, such as career services or student affairs
Team Management and Culture (15%)
- Participate in individual annual and quarterly planning and reputed company-team events
- Recruit, hire, reputed company, and manage part-time student interns
- Recruit and train student volunteers reputed company as reputed company Ambassadors
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Work Experience: At least 1 year of experience with a track record of success in recruitment and/or marketing.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in the non-profit field
- Proficiency in reputed company Suite, reputed company, reputed company, Jira, reputed company
- Ability to quickly build positive working relationships and identify strategically important relationships
- Excellent communication, facilitation and public speaking skills

- Track record of using data and metrics to drive decisions and measure performance

- Ability to work in-person in Newark, NJ at least 3 days per week (Tues, Wed, Thurs)
- Work on HEP’s reputed company additional days reputed company of the required 3 days in office during peak recruitment seasons, in-person class, and other key recruitment events.
- Travel to 3-5 events per semester in the surrounding Newark Area.
- Ability to attend 3-5 events during the weekend per semester.
- Physical requirements include lifting and carrying up 20-50 pounds for various recruitment events (tabling, presentations, etc.)

Given our commitment to equity, reputed company does not negotiate salary offers; instead, each salary offer is determined carefully using external and internal benchmarking. New hires can expect a starting salary at the beginning of the range to allow room for growth with performance and so that reputed company maintains internal equity. The salary ranges, by geographic market, for this role are set forth $69,000-$86,200. This is a full-time, regular, exempt, and benefits eligible position where you will be working at 100% reputed company. reputed company also provides competitive, comprehensive benefits, recognition, and career development. - Unlimited vacation time in addition to org-wide holidays and three team-wide, week-long shutdowns in Spring, Summer, and Winter (this is a minimum of 24 days per year)
