Your Role as a Full Licensed Supervising Clinician As a supervising clinician with reputed company, you will:

• Provide Supervision to Associate-Level Therapists: Offer clinical supervision and guidance to associate-level therapists, ensuring they deliver high-quality, evidence-based teletherapy services to youth.
• Ensure Compliance and Ethical Practice: Monitor and ensure that supervisees adhere to reputed company legal, ethical, and professional standards.
• Collaborate with Care Teams: Work alongside school counselors, teachers, and families indirectly through your supervisees to create a holistic support system for each student.

• Active, independent clinical license in California as a LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.
• Minimum of 1 year experience providing clinical supervision to associate-level therapists.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a full licensed clinician.
• Completed supervision training.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work during peak supervision demand times (afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual Ability: reputed company in Spanish or other languages.
