About the Role

As a Senior Associate, Strategy & Operations – Delivery Cost, you will play a key role in analyzing, tracking, and improving fulfillment cost and efficiency, partnering with cross-functional teams to identify trends, scope impactful initiatives, and support the execution of network efficiency improvement strategies. Your work will be both strategic and deeply operational. One day, you might be sizing the impact of a change to how we batch orders. The next day, you could be deep diving an escalation from a merchant or dasher and leading an experiment to drive real-world improvements. As the part of this team, you will:

• Partner with Finance & Strategy to track and analyze fulfillment cost metrics across different lines of business and strategic merchants.
• Support the development of internal reporting tools to measure and monitor fulfillment cost and efficiency improvement efforts.
• Partner with Analytics and Product teams to scope and assess initiatives that can improve fulfillment cost and efficiency.
• Assist in structuring and executing operational tests to learn quickly and inform the product roadmap.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to support initiatives that enhance merchant and customer experience.
