Key Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries reputed company phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
• Document customer interactions and issues in our help desk system.
• Provide proactive support and help users optimize their systems and processes.

Qualifications
