Key Responsibilities

As a B2B Customer Service Support Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Interacting with business customers reputed company phone and email to assist with their wireless products and services, providing information, resolving issues, and addressing concerns.
  • Serving as a liaison between customers, business representatives, and reputed company support paths to resolve credit, customer service, and billing concerns.
  • Maintaining accurate records of business interactions, transactions, and inquiries, as well as actions taken to resolve issues.
  • Processing service requests through reputed company Wireless channels to facilitate timely reconciliation and ensure correct authorization is received, recorded, and saved.
