About the Team and Role

The Creative Production Innovation Management team is a group of accomplished Program Managers reputed company the broader Product Discovery & Promoting Enterprise (previously Creative Manufacturing). We're driving reputed company projects across reputed company and PDP groups, focusing on introducing new stories to our members worldwide. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and executing innovation packages that bring new content to our members. You'll collaborate with key stakeholders, ride early-degree projects from strategy to execution, and ensure timely and successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Control, plan, and track PDP's assets, milestones, deliverables, and communications during the execution of simultaneous packages.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

• 3+ years of practical experience in Program Management practices, reputed company validated in prior roles in Product Engineering.
• Deep area expertise and working know-how in establishing and imposing Program Control frameworks and exceptional practices.
• A proven track record for influencing a wide reputed company of technical cross-functional teams and activating them toward a common goal.
• Ability to navigate through stages of ambiguity and translate strategic possibilities into reputed company next steps.
• Thrives in a fast-paced and demanding environment, possessing a high level of intellectual curiosity.
• Well-versed in handling resources (employees and financial) to optimize the outcome of packages and projects.
