Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Inbound and Outbound Customer Communications: Respond to customer inquiries reputed company phone and email, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns.

Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
- Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is necessary for this role.
- Computer Applications: Proficiency in computer applications, including reputed company Office programs, is essential.
- Data Entry and Typing Skills: Strong data entry and typing skills are required for this position.
