About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join reputed company as a Part-Time Customer Care Agent. As a key member of our Customer Contact Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and promoting our services to existing and potential customers. This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home, with a schedule of 20-25 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve customer inquiries by using available resources to research required information
• Update job knowledge by studying changes as released by the field and participate in educational opportunities
• Accurately process payments and answer billing inquiries

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• The ability to pass a drug screen and background reputed company

• 1-2 years of experience in a service-based, remodeling, or construction industry sales, or direct sales/phone sales in or out of a call center environment (preferred)
