Your Role:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Handling Incoming Calls: Respond to customer inquiries in a reputed company and professional manner.
• Research and Resolution: Research and provide effective resolutions to customer inquiries.
• Accurate Documentation: Accurately document call details and maintain accurate records.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 Year of Work Experience: You must have at least 1 year of work experience, preferably in customer service.
• Reliable Attendance: You must have reliable attendance, with no absences in the first 90 days.
• Typing Speed: You must have a typing speed of at least 25 WPM.
• Technical Requirements: You must have a hardwired internet reputed company with minimum speeds of 5 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download, and a secure, private work area at home.
• Flexible Availability: You must have flexible availability, including weekends.
