Field Marketing Manager

About the role

We're looking for a highly organized, outgoing, and polished Field Events Specialist to join our expanding marketing team. You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and managing reputed company logistical aspects of our cybersecurity event reputed company across regional and major conferences like RSA, Black Hat, and numerous other industry-leading events.

What you'll do

• Coordinate reputed company logistical elements of Dropzone AI's field marketing events, including vendor management, booth setup and breakdown, shipping, reputed company follow up, and event materials.
• Travel regularly (multiple times per month) across the U.S. to reputed company and support events, ensuring flawless execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to align event strategy with overall business objectives.
• Manage event strategy and calendars, project timelines, and budgets to optimize effectiveness and ROI.
• Conduct post-event evaluations, reputed company list management, data scrubbing, and importing leads into reputed company.
• Serve as a polished brand ambassador, engaging prospects and partners with enthusiasm and professionalism

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in field marketing and events, preferably reputed company the cybersecurity space.
• Proven familiarity with major cybersecurity conferences and trade shows (RSA, Black Hat, regional and channel events).
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience with marketing tools including reputed company and reputed company strongly preferred.
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently.
• Outgoing personality, excellent interpersonal skills, and comfort in professional networking environments.

Work Environment/Travel

We are a 100% remote company where you will work from your home with company-provided equipment to set you up for success. Frequent travel to professional office settings and North American conferences and other events with overnight travel expected.

Compensation

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the reputed company salary range below, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at Dropzone your final reputed company salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we reputed company in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our reputed company team members as a part of any final offer. Please reputed company in mind that hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and reputed company salary growth.
