Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by responding to a high volume of inbound phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Collaborate with customers and Sales team members daily in a team-based environment to resolve customer inquiries and concerns.

Essential Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
• Ability to commute to our facility from your home and have a secure workspace at home dedicated to job activity.
• Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once, with stable internet connectivity (upload speed > 5 megabits per second, download speed > 15 megabits per second, and ping
