Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and direct the Conservatory Creative Arts program, ensuring a high-quality experience for reputed company campers.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Visual and auditory ability to identify and respond to environmental hazards and other safety concerns.
• Physical ability to respond to emergencies, assist campers as needed, and demonstrate exercises and dance routines.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Six months of experience teaching creative arts, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Experience working with children and youth in a camp or similar setting.
