Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Client Experiences

As a certified physical therapist assistant at StretchLab, you'll play a crucial role in delivering one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and leading guided group stretching classes for up to 6 clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering personalized stretch sessions tailored to each client's needs and goals
• Encouraging and motivating clients throughout their stretching journey
• Building and maintaining a strong StretchLab membership reputed company, ensuring high client retention rates
• Ensuring client safety by enforcing proper stretch techniques and adhering to StretchLab's policies and safety rules
• Participating in staff meetings and required educational presentations to stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends
• Addressing member concerns and providing exceptional customer service
• Collaborating with sales associates and the General Manager on studio tours, offsite events, and sales initiatives as needed

Qualifications: The Ideal Candidate
