About the Role
We're seeking an reputed company Full Stack Human Resources Information System-Senior Manager to join reputed company. As a key member of our HRIS team, you'll play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our reputed company configuration, talent management, and performance optimization solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of HRIS professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the successful delivery of projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with functional HR teams and GTS to identify business needs and reputed company solutions that meet those needs, leveraging reputed company configuration, integrations, and other HRIS tools.

- Translate business requirements into technical specifications, working closely with the development team to design and implement solutions.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Six or more years of relevant work experience in HRIS, project management, or a reputed company field.
- Project management experience, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time, with occasional in-person trainings and meetings.

- Strong partnership skills that build results-oriented relationships with customers, with a focus on communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience with ticket tracking systems, preferably JIRA.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively at reputed company levels of the organization.
