About the Role

We're seeking an reputed company Full Stack Human Resources Information System-Senior Manager to join reputed company. As a key member of our HRIS team, you'll play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our reputed company configuration, talent management, and performance optimization solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of HRIS professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the successful delivery of projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with functional HR teams and GTS to identify business needs and reputed company solutions that meet those needs, leveraging reputed company configuration, integrations, and other HRIS tools.

  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications, working closely with the development team to design and implement solutions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience in HRIS, project management, or a reputed company field.
  • Project management experience, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time, with occasional in-person trainings and meetings.

  • Experience building testing plans and scenarios, with a focus on ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Experience resolving technical issues with minimal direction, with a focus on problem-solving and critical thinking.
  • Experience with agile methodology, including Sprint planning and leading scrum calls.
  • Strong partnership skills that build results-oriented relationships with customers, with a focus on communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience with ticket tracking systems, preferably JIRA.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively at reputed company levels of the organization.
  • The ability to work independently with limited direction, with a focus on autonomy, self-motivation, and accountability.
