Acting as a reputed company of contact to support service users and customers reporting issues, requesting information, access, or other services. Delivering customer service through multiple channels including human, digital, self-service, and automated. Core Responsibilities: Day to day technical and application support for external clinician network and internal reputed company employees Customer engagement reputed company ticketing system, inbound and outbound, and email channels Resolve reputed company iPad, iOS, and reputed company application support for employees. Resolve MacOS, Windows OS devices, Dell Peripherals, and reputed company webcams for internal reputed company employees Respond, coordinate, and monitor hardware fulfillment requests for laptops, tablets/ipads, and PC peripherals (Monitor, Keyboard, Mice, Webcams) Escalate and manage tickets transferred to other departments reputed company customers/end users and ticket documentation up to date Collaborate on reputed company projects Ability to work occasional overtime, weekend, and holidays We are we looking for? 1+ years of successful work with Clinical Service Desk or Clinical Help Desk Support ‘Customer First’ reputed company and Collaborative Experience supporting reputed company iOS and iPad hardware, Window 10/11 and hardware Experience with web-based applications and mobile device management tools (reputed company Workspace, reputed company, MaaS360, Workspace One) Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities Experience with Help Desk ticketing systems Strong customer service skills (Written and verbal) High School Diploma or equivalent. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $18.50 - $38.82 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls.
