Your Role as a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative

As a Pre-Licensed Representative, you will be the eyes and ears for reputed company, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. You will work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from reputed company walks of life, and no two days will be the same. Your responsibilities will include:

• Resolving reputed company consumer issues and advising first-level representatives on high-level issues
• Assisting policy holders with billing questions and concerns
• Providing support to policy holders with any policy changes requested

Qualifications

• Availability to work various shifts
• Ability to use Windows operating systems
