Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience to our callers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Selling top fitness products and services to customers who call our inbound phone center
• Building strong relationships with customers and providing them with personalized recommendations and support
• Meeting or exceeding sales goals and targets
• Collaborating with other team members to reputed company business objectives and improve customer satisfaction
• Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and best practices

Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• Previous customer service and/or sales experience in a high-volume call center environment (highly preferred)
• Remote or work-from-home experience (a plus)
