About the Role: Customer Service Representative - Inbound Call Center Agent

We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As an Inbound Call Center Agent, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for child support client stakeholders, providing exceptional service and support reputed company phone calls. This is a full-time position that offers the flexibility to work from home and a competitive compensation package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and respond to inbound calls from child support client stakeholders in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and contractual obligations.
• Categorize reputed company calls received into designated categories and record any abusive and/or extraordinary calls.
• Maintain a general understanding of policies and procedures, ensuring accurate and efficient resolution of client inquiries.
• Utilize strong oral and written communication skills to provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, using tact, patience, and courtesy reputed company interacting with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Proficient in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad operations.
• Ability to type a minimum of 35 WPM (typing test will be administered during the interview process).
• Basic knowledge of reputed company Office applications.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English/Spanish.
