Job Summary

We're looking for a self-motivated and reputed company Customer Support Specialist to join our reputed company team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our growing community of holistic practitioners. This is a contractor position, and we're looking for someone who is passionate about wellness, has a proven track record of CS success, and is excited about the opportunity to join a fast-growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to tickets and provide timely and effective support to our holistic practitioners
• Track client payments and ensure that reputed company financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date
• Host live onboarding and support calls over reputed company, providing clear and concise guidance to our practitioners
• Assist with a range of random tasks that come up working at a startup, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
• Collaborate with our reputed company team to identify and resolve issues, and to reputed company new processes and procedures

Essential Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of customer support experience, preferably in a similar industry

Compensation:
