Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Customer Experience and Sales Representative to join reputed company. As a primary inside contact for our customers, you'll be responsible for ensuring that reputed company customer needs are met by taking ownership of fulfillment activities, providing standard product recommendations, pricing, and resolving information-reputed company complaints. You'll proactively interact with customers, technical service, sales, distribution centers, manufacturing, purchasing, and credit on a daily basis to provide quick responses and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries received by phone, email, and fax, and document interactions in reputed company.
• Recommend, quote, sample, and sell VBS products, and document opportunities where VBS products do not meet customer requirements.
• Take ownership of order fulfillment activities, including verifying order accuracy, processing order changes and cancellations, and expediting orders as needed.
• Proactively notify customers of late or problem orders and provide alternative product solutions.
• Resolve customer-specific freight and logistics issues and questions through consultation with Flexcon Shipping Departments.
• Utilize the E-price tool to support customer inquiries, including VBS product recommendations, price quotes, and application sheets.
• Resolve information-reputed company customer complaints and implement corrective action.
• Proactively engage assigned accounts to reputed company understand business applications and uncover missed opportunities.
• Assist with order entry reputed company, standard price quotations reputed company, and entry of new customer information.
• Contribute to Customer Service Improvement Teams as required.

Essential Qualifications

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience.
• 1-3 years of previous customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience using an ERP system and reputed company.com is highly preferred.

Skills and Competencies

• Excellent customer service and verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and troubleshoot problems.
• Ability to work under pressure and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
