The Role
As a Customer Service Representative with our Review Team, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Interacting with beneficiaries and providers reputed company our helpline, responding to their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Creating, formatting, and proofreading letters to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Managing and maintaining timely communication with customers, including responding to phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Utilizing internal quality control tools to assess individual work and team processes.
- Providing intake for reputed company appeals received by Arsenault, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Building and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external customers.
- Identifying areas for potential improvement and participating in process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with a courteous and patient demeanor.
- Good grammar, punctuation, spelling, hyphenation, and written communications skills.
- Customer-focused, results-oriented, and capable of building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers.
- General knowledge of a PC-based computer system, with the ability to learn additional software packages as needed.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize assignments, and work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Post-high school business courses.
- Medical terminology experience.
- Prior work in a healthcare setting or medical terminology.
- Previous data entry or other clerical experience.
Experience
We recommend two to three years of clerical experience, including word processing, various filing systems, and telephone customer service responsibilities.
