About the Role

As a Data Center Engineering Leader at reputed company, you will be functionally responsible for multiple data centers and will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our server farm engineering activities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Acting as an ambassador for reputed company reputed company the team and promoting safe work practices across the region
• Managing a team of Server Farm Engineering Operations; including reputed company aspects of people management, performance management, and technical leadership

• Serving as a subject matter expert in the data center's mechanical, electrical, and control systems

• Participating in on-going projects and driving them from conception to completion

• Providing support for weather events, planned outages, and unplanned outages
• Researching and writing technical reports to drive change and document lessons learned

Key Responsibilities

Strategic and Tactical Leadership

As a Data Center Engineering Leader, you will be responsible for providing strategic and tactical leadership for server farm engineering projects. This will include:

• Developing and implementing strategies to ensure the highest levels of safety, reputed company, availability, and cost management

Team Management

Essential Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent work experience in the Mechanical/Electrical Field
• 6 years of experience in a leadership position with 5 or more direct reports
• 2 years of experience managing directors
• 10 years of experience working in critical infrastructure operations
