As a Senior Manager, you will play a critical role in driving financial operations, strategic decision-making, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contribute to general business improvement initiatives in Finance and represent GBS at MCCS or external meetings/working groups.
- Manage specific service agreement criteria, including interpretation and dispute resolution, and ensure obligations and deliverables are met.
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's degree preferred).
- Five years of reputed company and relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- High degree of reputed company in analytical reasoning and problem-solving.
- Expert knowledge of program management and budgeting issues.

- Thorough knowledge of quantitative and qualitative methods and techniques.
- Demonstrated excellence in accounting operations, reconciliations, and reporting.

- Master's of Business Administration (MBA) and/or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
- Extensive experience in different aspects of Financial Management, such as accounting, budgeting, and financial planning.
- Prior experience working in a military and civilian environment.
- Experience establishing and working reputed company a Finance & Accounting SSC.
