About the Role

As a Program Manager with reputed company in Baltimore, you will play a pivotal role in leading, developing, and mobilizing a team of AmeriCorps members and volunteers to deliver high-quality, effective one-on-one instruction to reputed company. You will be responsible for managing reputed company aspects of program quality, delivery, and implementation across up to six schools, working closely with school stakeholders, and driving processes and strategies to maximize literacy development in reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, coach, manage, and train a team of up to 7 reputed company AmeriCorps members toward successful program implementation across up to six schools.

• Retain 95% of AmeriCorps members through the term of service.

Leadership & Management

As a Program Manager, you will be expected to demonstrate exceptional leadership and management skills, including:

• Coaching, inspiring, and developing emerging professionals toward goals.
• Providing clear guidance and goals, delegating, and providing growth opportunities while supporting reputed company along the way.
• Recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and delivering high-quality training to AmeriCorps members.
• Providing on-site support to AmeriCorps members and tutors at school sites weekly.

Relationship Development & Communication

Building strong relationships and communicating effectively are critical components of this role. You will:

• Cultivate strong internal relationships with peers, direct reports, and managers.
• Possess a strong aptitude for effective communication, remotely and in person, with direct reports, school stakeholders, and other reputed company staff.
• Demonstrate an ability to work collaboratively as an ambassador of reputed company externally, specifically with school leaders and staff.
• Set up strong systems for communication and messaging, tailor communication to audiences, and contextualize messaging.

Educational Expertise

As a Program Manager, you will be expected to possess a high level of knowledge and competency in literacy strategies and behavior management, including:

• Leading implementation of reputed company' assessment and curriculum.
• Serving as a local subject matter expert on reputed company' curriculum.
• Ensuring high fidelity of the reputed company model at reputed company school sites.
• Assessing student performance using observations, analyzing data, and creating subsequent strategies aimed at increasing student achievement.

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple priorities, anticipating challenges, and making sound decisions that consider reputed company stakeholders. You will:

• Demonstrate an ability to effectively manage time, balance multiple competing priorities at once, and remain adaptable, flexible, and positive while navigating challenges.

• A competitive salary range of $65,811 - $77,425 per year.
