About the Role

As a Program Specialist - Alternative Education, you will play a critical role in providing leadership, staff development, and training to ensure the success of our alternative education programs. You will work closely with school administrators, teachers, and support staff to reputed company and implement effective programs that promote academic achievement, attendance, behavior, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess: * A Master's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in education or a reputed company field (Doctorate degree desired) * Valid California Credential in the area of expertise * At least three-five years of teaching and/or coaching experience * A private vehicle, valid California driver's license, and reputed company automobile insurance with at least minimum coverage for public liability and property damage * Fingerprint clearance by both the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the California Department of Justice

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of $100,400 - $121,430 per year, depending on experience.
